- The machine bed of the end milling center is all welded with industrial rectangular tube profiles, and after welding, the internal stress is removed by professional and effective treatment. After professional finishing of numerical control equipment, to ensure the stability of the running accuracy and speed of the whole machine.
- High rigidity and high precision spindle: air-cooled spindle motor.
- Using Italian imported spindle motor, stable performance, high-speed, high-precision, the highest operating speed industry standard 2800r/min. It is suitable for the forming and processing of the end face and step surface of all kinds of profiles.
- Adopt Italian PEK guideway and rack, high strength ball screw. The imported high-precision locking nut has the advantages of small lengthening clearance, good guidance and increased service life. after pre-tightening and stretching, the ball screw greatly increases the transmission rigidity and eliminates the influence of thermal deformation during movement. as a result, the positioning accuracy and positioning accuracy of the machine tool are ensured. Five-axis CNC structure, ball screw feed, no need to adjust the tool position, full NC completion. The end face of the profile can be milled to the desired mortise size. Can remember several groups of programs, according to the profile into the program, direct processing.
